Sleep Coaching for Babies, Toddlers and Children

I’m Anna, your infant and child sleep coach and the real mom of two little ones behind Sweet Dreamz Baby.

As a mom, I know first hand the effects of sleep deprivation. After weeks and weeks of sleepless nights and endless swaying, rocking and nursing with my first child, I reached breaking point and decided there had to be a better way. There began my passion with sleep and understanding how my baby could sleep well at that moment and for the rest of her life. Now, I want to share the secrets of great sleep with you and your family!

My mission is to support families in achieving the best sleep they can. The way that I work is to coach parents to support you to understand what good sleep can look like through the early years and help you achieve this for your child and family. I focus on supporting parents to use the most gentle, soothing methods and I strive to meet you where you are right now and support you on your sleep journey. The approach we will take together is designed to take into account the baby’s age, temperament and your parenting style and values. Support is tailored to you and your child’s unique needs and I offer packages that range from quick calls to 3-week support, to longer term coaching such as my popular 2-month package.

I’m certified as a pediatric sleep consultant by the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting and I regularly attend specialized professional development trainings. I am also a member of the Child Sleep Institute. Based in Washington, D.C. This means I am trained in ALL the methods out there that are used to achieve better sleep, including many you will never read about online. I am available for online consultations for anyone, anywhere!

I also continue to work in the international public health space and draw from public health behavior change principles – how to form healthy habits – in supporting families.
